Cable Stripper Function Description
BS-045 cable stripper is used to strip inner-clad copper wire, inner-clad aluminum wire, steel wire, monofilament wire, loose wire, feeder, high-voltage cable, power cable, coaxial cable, TV cable, double-clad flat wire, power cord, plug wire, Rubber cord etc.
This machine has total 15 holes, including 11 round wire holes, 2 double-roles holes(can strip double core flat wires), 2 press wire holes and 2 rack knives holes.
It has stable performance, easy to use, so it's the most practical wire stripping machine.
Stripping speed: 40meters/min (output 200KGS-1000KGS/day).

Cable Stripper Advantages

Work Process
When machine connect with power, press the switch to turn off machine.
Second step is adjust the blades distance with adjusters to match cables diameters.
Finally Put cables into suitable feeding holes to processing.
Use Attention
1. Push the Switch up to turn the Motor ON, Check whether the machine work well.
2. If the cuts on the cables/wires are too deep,please check below points:
1). Adjust the handles on the input side, screw down or loose them.
2). Check whether the cables/wires on the right position as you feeding them.
3). Make sure the blades are sharp,if not,polish them with the oil stone.
3. On the output side,if see the plastic(PVC)has been stripped,but the copper wires can not been disgorged,please check below points:
1). Check whether the springs are loose,if yes, screw down to make them tighten
2). The diameter of the cables/wires are too small,please adjust the space between the two axises to 0.3-0.6mm.
4. If the cables/wires were blocked in the axises,please check below points:
1). Check if the Chains are loose.
2). If the springs on the press wheels are too tight,loose them.
There are too much oil on the cables/wires,please wipe it(make sure the machine is turned off before wiping.)
