For this special car generator, we choose three kinds of motor recycling machines to process it:

As demonstrated in the above test video, copper windings of the motor stator are first cut by the car generator cutting machine. After finishing the cutting step, use the car motor heating machine to heat the motor stator for about 12-15s to better remove the plastic film of the motor stator. Finally, use a car generator copper pulling machine to pull out all the copper windings from the stator to complete the recycling process of the entire scrap motor.
Generally speaking, our car generator recycling machine can handle and recycle ordinary generators very well. Because our client’s generator is quite special, we have increased the heating process between the cutting process and the copper pulling process for better recycling copper windings from the motor stator.
