Electric Cable Separating Machine Working Procedures:

1. First of all, feed scrap wires into the dual shaft shredder;
2. Then the material will be crushed into 2~5mm pieces;
3. The air separator and vibrating table are able to separate mixed copper and plastic particles into clean copper and plastic granules;
4. For a few copper mixed in the plastic granules, the electrostatic separation machine at the plastic outlet can recycle again to improve the recycling rate and help you earn more money;
5. In the whole process, dust collecting device is always collecting dust to avoid environmental pollution.

Note for Waste Cable Separator:

1. If the raw material is mixed waste cables, it is recommended to sort the mixed cables first, helpful to reduce copper loss;

2. If you want to process used automotive loom wires, it is suggested to add talcum powder. The plastic surface of automotive loom wires contains tape, which may bring copper particles to the plastic outlet, causing copper loss;

3. If you need to process plug wires and the quantity is large, we advice you to cut off the plugs before recycling to protect the blades of the main crusher, pre-shredder can also be assembled.
