Electrostatic separation system connects with plastic outlet that is used for recycling the mixed granules (plastic and less copper), this is especially for the thin wire ( below 0.2mm), automatic separate wires, and get more high recycling copper granular.

The particles between the positive electric field and the negative field are different, add with high voltage electric energy to completely separate the copper and plastic particles, thereby increasing the copper recovery ratio.

1: Machine should be smooth, production can not be shaken.

2: Machine should be put horizontal: To the copper, outlet left and right even lying as the standard

3: When powering on, you should start cable crusher first, the other no requirements.

4: The separation screen plate of air separator should be cleaned regularly;

Methods: Use a high-pressure air gun nozzle to press the front of the screen to blow the wind to the opposite side.
