Working Process:

Step1: Materials will be crushed to about 3mm by crusher;

Step2: Copper and plastic particles will be obtained by high-precision air separation;

Step3: Unseparated plastic particles will be separated by shaking again;

Correct Operation:

The choice of a Cable Shredder depends on the material properties of the types of copper wires and cables. Correct choice can not only improve the working efficiency but also extend the service life of machine. Cutting blades are made with Wire Cutting Technique, blades are replaceable for each other. We have different requirements for blades for different types of copper wires.

1). Air-fine Wires, Multi-strands (See Photo)

When dealing with Air-fine Wires and Multi-strands, fixed blades and rotating blades must be very sharp so that copper wires can be cut and copper granules will be very clean and pure.

2). Single-strand and Single-core Wires (See Below Photos):

When dealing with Single-strand and Single-core Wires, rotating blades shall be a little blunt and fixed blades must be sharp. In this case, spacing between rotating blades and fixed blades is just able to hold wires but does not touch cores. Wires are crushed but there will be little copper granules with plastics outside.

(Note: if blades are not adjusted by requirements, it may cause too many copper-clad granules and the separation is not clean, etc.)

Notable Tip:

1：All of machine bolts need to be tightly fastened.

2：Distance between fixed blades and rotating blades more smaller more better.

3：Gap between rotated blades and the crusher sieve, the smaller the better.

4：If blades are dull, grind in time.

5：Crusher shaft adds the Heat resistant butter one time per month.

6：If crusher belt is loosened, fastened in time.
