Machine Introduction:

Dry cable granulator and separator recycling machine BS-N130 is a device that automatically granulates and separates copper from plastic outer skin, copper wire through multistage shearing, crushing, airflow sorting, and other processes is separated, it is based on our newest design and most advance technology, so machine efficiency is higher than normal machine, also saves energy.

You can input material directly into machine, all parts are coordinated together working, one time input and you can get pure copper and PVC.

Fully automatic equipment, only need one person can operate, and advanced dust collection system.

Machine Technical Data:

Different kinds of wires have different capacity:

1: For 4-6 square wires, capacity can reach 600-800kg/h.

2: For 1.5-2.5 square wire, capacity can reach 400-700kg/h.

3: For car wire, plug wires, cooper content 45-50%, capacity can reach 400-600kg/h.

4: For mixed wire, copper content 20-30%, capacity can reach 300-500 kg/h.

Machine Details:

Dry cable granulator and separator recycling machine BS-N130 has a conveyor belt, dual shaft shredder, crusher, granulator, vibrator, sieve, etc.(details parts are below), can recycle copper and aluminum, have a high economic benefit, without environmental pollution. Separate copper and Pvc by vibration and separation rate is 99.8%.

Machine Main Two Parts:

Crusher parts can shred raw material wire into small piece through dual shaft shredder and main crusher.

Separator parts can separate copper rice and plastic granules through vibrating separation and air separating system, then you can get pure copper.

Other parts:

Conveyor: Transport waste copper cable wires that need to be processed.

Dust collection system: Collect waste dust during whole process.

Water cooling: Reduce temperature generated during processing.

Crusher: Crush waste copper cable.

Dual shaft shredder:Pre-shred for cutting waste copper wires and cables, can help improve capacity of about 500kg/h.

Processing Step:

1. First pre-shredder shreds wires/cables into 5-25cm length.

2. By conveyor, crushed wires/cables are conveyed to main crusher, which crushes them again into 3-5mm length plastic pieces and copper granules.

3. Mixture is sent to vibration system. By airflow gravity sorter and vibration screen, plastic pieces are separated from copper granules thoroughly.

4. Copper granules and plastic pieces come out from different outlets. Dust is collected by pulse dust catcher through air duct.

Note:

If you want high output and space-saving copper wire separator machine, this copper shredding machine can still fully meet your requirements.

Q: Final production located in plastic granules basin? Is there a percentage of copper granules (adherent) with plastic granules?

A: For copper outlet, you can get 100% pure copper granules, In plastic outlet, Only less than 1% copper granules are mixed with plastic.

For mixture: You can feed mixture into feeding hole separating again add an Electrostatic separator to recover pure copper granules from plastic.
