What types of recycling machines can BSGH provide?
BSGH provides recycling machines for scrap cable, copper wire, electric motor stators, radiators, compressors, metal
shredding, metal baling, hammer mill crusher, briquetting, electrostatic separation and spare parts. We can recommend a single machine or a complete
recycling line based on your scrap material.
Should I choose a copper wire granulator or a cable stripping machine?
If your cables are thick and have large copper cores, a cable stripping machine is usually more suitable. If your
materials are mixed, thin, tangled or difficult to strip manually, a copper wire granulator can crush and separate copper from plastic more
efficiently, they are always used together.
Which kinds of motor can your motor recycling machines handle?
Our motor recycling machines can process small appliance motors, industrial motor stators, car alternators and other
copper-wound stators. Depending on the stator size and winding structure, we can recommend cutting, pulling or combined motor recycling equipment or
recycling line.
Can your radiator recycling machines process different radiator types?
Yes. We provide radiator stripping machines and complete radiator recycling lines for single-layer, double-layer and
multi-layer radiators. Radiator stripping machines are mainly used for flat and uncurved radiators, while complete recycling lines are better for
curved, folded, mixed or irregular radiator materials.
What is a compressor recycling machine used for?
A compressor recycling machine is used to cut or open scrap refrigerator and air conditioner compressors, making it
easier to recover the internal copper motor and metal shell. It helps reduce manual cutting work and improves processing efficiency.
What materials can your shredders and crushers process?
Our shredders and crushers cover a wide range of scrap materials commonly found in the recycling market. Different
types can be used for scrap metal, aluminum scrap, copper scrap, cables, motor shells, radiators, car engine shell, plastic, rubber and mixed
industrial waste. To choose the right machine, we usually check your material type, size, hardness, target output size and hourly capacity first.
What is the difference between a metal baler and a briquetting machine?
A metal baler is mainly used to compress loose scrap metal into bales, such as aluminum scrap, copper scrap, steel
scrap and light metal waste. A briquetting machine is more suitable for metal chips, turnings and swarf from machining or lathe processing.
Can your technician to go onsite installation?
Yes. We can provide overseas installation support for complete recycling lines. For standard machines, we usually
provide remote guidance by video call, operation videos, manuals and online technical support.
