As shown in above video, you need to do:
◆ Open crusher case take out the crusher sieve;
◆ Original crusher sieve as standard, other sieves will adjust according standard sieve;(Notice: crusher sieve top middle can not do any action, only side can adjust)
◆ Install crusher sieve, if sieve can not stuck to the blades base, it is to say the sieve is a little longer, then use an angle grinder to grind it and install again;
◆ Then fasten the bolts, the joint part have no gap;
◆ After finish installing crusher sieve, the you can see how it stuck under blades base.
Why need to change sieves in copper separator machine?
The sieve is the main guarantee for filtering particulate matter and making the copper and plastic processing of the copper recycling machine more pure and high-quality. The gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife should be adjusted every time after grinding or changing the knife.
2: Regularly clean and replace the sieves to ensure the separation effect of copper and plastic from cable wires.
