Are you curious about how does the magnetic separation device work?
The magnetic separating device is used to separate magnetic materials from non-magnetic materials by using magnets to attract magnetic substances. This magnetic separator can separate iron from copper or aluminum in the scrap metal recycling field, often ordered together with our copper wire recycling machine as a supporting device.
We all know scrap cable wire contains lots of impurities, if you want to get clean copper, it is wise to add a magnetic separator device to remove iron from your copper, thus the purity of copper is high, and you will get more profit.
Which kind of magnetic separators does BSGH have?
BSGH manufacturer has three kinds of magnetic separators, including ordinary belt magnetic separator, high strong magnetic separator, and double-layer magnetic separation device.

The double-layer magnetic separator mainly used in the copper outlet can remove the iron from the copper to ensure the purity of separated copper; this machine is double layer design, has good performance, and higher efficiency, for customers recycling complex cables, we always recommend customers buy one.
● Second kind: high strong magnetic separator

The strong magnetic separator machine is mainly used in the second conveyor belt after the first crusher; Compared with ordinary belt magnetic separator, this high strong magnetic separator has better performance and higher working efficiency; if you want high quality, this high strong magnetic separator fits you well.
● Third kind: ordinary belt magnetic separator

Ordinary magnetic belt separator and strong magnetic separator are the same functions, also can use in the same application field, and assemble above on the convey belt. The magnetic separator on the convey belt is used to remove iron from small pieces of cable wires, often installed between the copper shredder and main crusher.
If you want a high-quality magnetic separator, then you can choose a strong-function one, if you have no so high requests, then you can choose an ordinary magnetic separator machine.
Note that if your copper wire recycling machine doesn’t have a pre-shredder, no need to add this magnetic separating equipment to the convey belt.
