Machine Introduction:

Mini wire stripper BS-025 is a kind of small automatic copper stripping machine, used for stripping many kinds of wires and cables, such as electric wire, plastic wire, copper wire, single core wire, multicore wire, aluminum wire, and so on, processing wire range is 1.5~15mm.

Machine Features:

Has 1 inlet for stripping cables;

Very easy to operate and control;

Single copper wires or some hard wires can use blades to cut or strip to finish process. Other wires(soft wires) can be easily stripped.

How To Use BS-025?

When machine connects with power, press switch to turn off machine. Second step is adjusting blade's distance with adjusters to match cable diameters. Finally, put cables into suitable feeding holes for processing and stripping.

Machine Working Steps:

1. Turn on switch;  

2. Feeding wasted wires;  

3. Strip and separate copper and plastic.               

After processing, you can get pure copper. (of course, our mini wire stripper machine also can strip used aluminum wires)
