BS-006 drill opereated cable stripper machine is made of aluminum alloy, can operate with hand or drill.

BS-006 is Manual & Drill Driven Wire Stripping Machine.

It used for stripping many kinds of wires and cables, such as electric wire, plastic wire, copper wire, single core wire, multicore wire, aluminium wire and so on. The range of processing wire is 1.5~25mm.

Drill Driven: If you want drill driven to operate, take off the hand crank firstly and then install the drill driven rod with drill. After this, you can strip the cables with drill driven.

♥ Don't put your hands into the mahchine in any circumstance!

4.For single copper wires or some hard wires, they can be cutting or stripping with blades to finish process. Other wires(soft wires) can be easyily stripped.

Machine Operation

1. adjust distance between blades and shaft in accordance with the cable size(the insulating layer stripped but not hurt the inner conductor)

2. feeding wire: strip the cables through feeding hole( u can adjust the feeding hole according cable size to the proper position which cables can enter into but not swing)

3. stripping: (hand operated) rotate hand crank in order to peeling, if can’t peel:

a.too small wire diameter

b.the blades center not in line with groove center( adjust the blades core)

c.blades edge is too dull( sharpen the blades)

if u want drill driven in operation, pull down the hand crank first, then install the drill driven rod with drill, u can begin to strip the cables)

Notice: don’t input ur hands into the machine in any circumstance.
