Electric motor recycling plant mainly consist of conveyor belt, shredder, crusher, air separation system ,vibrating table, dust collection and magnetic separator.

◇Conveyor belt: Transport wasted motor stators;

◇Shredder: First grinding waste motor stators;

◇Crusher: Second crush waste motor stators;

◇Air separation system +vibrating table: Separate copper and non-metal by vibrator and suction together;

◇Dust collection: Collect dust;

◇Magnetic separator: Remove iron;

◇Cabinet electric box: Connect 3 phase power for operation machine, and system is stable;

Working Process:

BSP-200 scrap motor stator recycling machine mainly have 4 steps: Crushing, Magnetic separating, Air separating, and Dust collecting process. Machine connect 3 phase power, of course we can customize machine voltage and frequency for you.
