Machine Maintenance
First Step
Oil the sprocket wheel and chain frequently, and use grease between gears. This can greatly increase the life of the machine and reduce machine noise.
Second Step
Check frequently for loose or missing screws. If found, please repair them immediately.
Third Step
Check whether the blade is sharp and regularly sharpen it with a whetstone to maintain efficient wire stripping efficiency.
1. If the wire breaks after feeding, you should pay attention to the following points:
a. Adjust the tightness of the clamping screws on both sides of the blade shaft
b. The selected cable feeding hole is appropriate or not
c. The blade is too sharp or not. If so, use an oilstone to slightly adjust the blade edge
2. After feeding, the plastic has fallen off, but the copper wire cannot come out. You should pay attention to the following points:
a. If the knurling of the upper shaft is too deep, you can use an oilstone to grind the upper shaft moderately
b. Adjust spring pressure
c. Adjust the clearance between the upper and lower shafts to 0.4-0.6mm
3. After feeding, if the pressure wheel cannot drive the cable and the cable is stuck, perform the following operations:
a. Check if the belt is loose
b. Check whether the springs on both sides of the pressure wheel are too tight
c. Check whether the cable is seriously oily
