Machine Description:

Copper wire peeling machine BS-KOC strip copper from plastic. After stripping process, separated copper wires can be recycled and scrapped for living and high economic benefits.

BS-KOC copper stripping machine can process net wire, telephone wire, car wire, home wire, optical fibre wire, and so on, it adopts frame dual blades principle and there are 6 wire input holes for processing different diameter cables, useful and convenient.

Working processing:

1. First Install wires, then insert blades into hole, tighten screws with wrench(Be careful distance between two blades). Adjust distance to ensure wire can be stripped;

2. Start machine and observe whether rotation direction is correct or not, If rotation direction is false, adjust  machine. Don’t operation in false direction to avoid accident;

3. Muti-holes for varieties of diameter. Large wire insert into large hole and small one into small hole.

4. If wire can’t be stripped, adjust distance between two blades or rotate handle to change wire strip range.
