BS-300 electric wire stripping machine is a rolling copper recycling machine, that has an ideal two-rollers drive equipped. Blades using imported material , more durable and highly cutting effect, specialized for big cables with armour.BS-300 cable stripping machine also can process all kinds of cable PVC skin, steel wire, high-voltage cable, single-core wire, etc. And can process diameter range of wires is 1-90mm.

Rolling stripping machine is solid steel, and equipped with serration peeling roller. Thus no matter stripping roller or guiding roller drive wire will avoid sliding. BS-300 electric wire stripper machine is very capable to strip skin of cables and compact design can cut thin wire between both ends of cables.

1.Adjust inlet size;

2.Then feeding scrap cable

3.Stripping, done.

Machine Directions for Use:

Adjust width of positioning plate & height of pressure-roller according diameter of wire.

Adjust height of knife according diameter of copper.

Put wire into Enter-Hole

◆Way to replace blade:

1. Remove both sides of gear protection cover;

2. Loosen or remove yellow screw;

3. Take out knife on shaft;

4. Red screw must be removed before debugging center position of Enter-Hole.

◆Way to sharpen knife:

Loosen position plate, then start machine and remain open, sharpen knife with grinding machine or other tools.
