The BSGH Story

From cable stripping to metal recycling

BSGH recycling equipment factory panorama

BSGH started with copper wire stripping machines, helping recyclers recover valuable copper from scrap cables. Over time, we expanded our product range to serve a wider variety of metal recycling needs.

Today, we manufacture copper wire recycling machines, motor recycling equipment, radiator recycling machines, and industrial metal shredders. Our focus remains the same: practical, reliable machines that help customers recover valuable metals from scrap.

Where It All Began

In the 1990s, scrap cable recycling often meant removing wire insulation by hand. It was slow, labor-intensive work that made large volumes difficult to process.

Recognizing the need for a better solution, Mr. Xu began developing mechanical wire stripping machines. His early work laid the foundation for BSGH's growth into cable recycling and other scrap metal recycling equipment.

Our Journey

1995 - Today
1995 - The First Wire Stripping Machine
Mr. Xu developed his first single-roller, single-blade wire stripping machine, reducing manual cable stripping and starting our journey in recycling equipment.
2008–2010 - Copper Granulation
As scrap cables became thinner and more complex, we began developing copper wire granulators to separate copper from plastic insulation more efficiently.
2010–2013 - D & BS Series
We expanded the cost-effective D & BS Series with more models and processing capacities, giving recyclers more options for different amounts of waste wire.
2013 - International Markets
With growing overseas business, BSGH was formally registered, marking an important step into international markets.
2013–2015 - N Series Development
We developed the high-end N Series and improved machine design and separation technology for more demanding recycling needs.
After 2015 - Beyond Cable Recycling
We expanded into motor recycling, radiator recycling, metal shredding, and other scrap metal processing equipment.

BSGH Today: One Business, More Recycling Solutions

BSGH has grown into a broader recycling equipment business. Today, BSGH works alongside related brands, including KAIMET and 3T, to serve different scrap metal recycling needs.

Together, we offer equipment for cable recycling, motor dismantling, radiator processing, and metal size reduction, helping customers find suitable machines for their recycling operations.

What Drives BSGH

At BSGH, we focus on helping customers recover more value from scrap through reliable recycling equipment and practical solutions. Three core values guide how we develop our machines and work with customers.

Resource Recovery

We believe valuable metals should be recovered and reused, not wasted. Our scrap metal recycling equipment helps customers recover more value from scrap, reduce material waste, and make better use of available resources.

Practical Innovation

We focus on solving the real challenges recyclers face every day. By continuously improving our machine design and performance, we make recycling equipment easier to operate, more efficient, and better suited to different recycling needs.

Long-Term Partnership

We believe lasting partnerships are built on trust, open communication, and reliable support. We listen to our customers, value their feedback, and work together to find solutions that support their long-term success.

Looking Ahead

As recycling needs continue to change, BSGH will keep improving our equipment and developing solutions for new recycling challenges.

We aim to make metal recycling more efficient and practical, helping customers recover more value from scrap while making better use of resources.
