Successful Delivery to Our Argentine Customer: Enhancing Copper Recycling Efficiency with Advanced Equipment

In October this year, we received great feedback from our valued Argentine customer, who bought BS-N130 copper wire granulator machine last year, "Your copper wire granulator machine has the best processing speed and separation efficiency. Now, my recycling team can handle much larger capacity of scrap copper wires each day, which has significantly boosted my profits." As their business expands, the customer needed advanced equipment to handle more complex tasks, such as processing armored cables, high-voltage cables, and separating iron from industrial scrap wires.

To meet these new demands, we recommended the newly upgraded BS-AC80 wire stripping machine. This model features an enhanced stripping shaft, larger casters, and high-hardness frame blades instead of the original blades. These upgrades enable the machine to process tougher cables with ease, extend service life, and improve mobility in dynamic work environments-ultimately increasing work efficiency.

Additionally, our N series magnetic separator was a perfect match to complement the customer's needs. The magnetic separator effectively uses magnetic fields to completely remove iron from copper wires. When paired with the N125 copper wire granulator machine purchased last year, the magnetic separator greatly improves copper recovery rates, ensuring 100% pure copper particles are recycled and boosting overall recovery efficiency.

Understanding the importance of replace the accessories, we also suggested the purchase of several sets of high-quality copper wire machine blades. After a year of intensive cable processing, blade wear is inevitable. High-quality blades ensure stable cutting performance, reduce downtime, and minimize maintenance costs.

After discussing their needs, our Argentine customer promptly placed an order. Once payment was received, we quickly began production, completing the manufacturing of the AC80 wire stripping machine and N series magnetic separator within just 20 days. On November 22, the machines were safely packed and shipped to the customer's designated location.
