ACSR Recycling Machine Repair and Maintenance
1.When u want do the repairs and maintenance,you need first turn off the Main power supply .(Turn off the switch in the power cabinet.)
2.Maintain bearings (two large bearings of the host), add oil once every 7 days (300 ° -500 ° high temperature grease);
3.Change the cutter blade:
First loosen the connecting screws of the upper box and push the upper box back. There is no need to lower the blade one by one as long as the screws are loosened and the blade is removed. The fixed knife is the standard for the movable knife, and the clearance is generally 0. Then install another knife in turn. After installing the blade, tighten all the knife-pressing screws, and finally use the hand to pull the shaft to rotate the main shaft to check whether the blade is intact. Clean the foreign objects around the box, close the upper box and tighten the connecting screws of the upper box.
4. Grease should be added to the bearing of the rotating shaft of the cutting machine (generally, 300 ° -500 ° high temperature grease should be added four to five times a month) When adding grease, open the upper cover of the bearing shell and inject. Other motors can be maintained in accordance with international motor maintenance standards.

The adjustment requirements of the blade:
the blade has a blunt mouth of 1 ~ 2mm, the smaller the distance between the rotating knife and the fixed knife, the better, as long as the rotating knife and the side knife will not be stuck and cannot move (generally the gap is 0). Sometimes the sound of a new blade mounted on the blade is a bit touched, as long as the hand turns the main shaft and passes.
