Machine Structure Includes:
◆Dual shaft shredder:
Normally equipped with shredder, cutting raw material into 5~20CM pieces for improving machine working efficiency.
◆Crusher:
After being processed by two shaft shredders, small cable/wire will be finely crushed in crushing chamber into copper granular and plastic granular.
◆Separator:
Small mixed copper and PVC granular will be separated into pure copper and pure plastic in air separation bed.
◆Two small table separators:
For less quantity mixed PVC and copper mixture, small table separator will separate for second time to improve purity and working efficiency.

Please confirm all plants are in good condition, with earth connection. Before feeding, please make sure there is no oil or foreign matter in wires/cables.
Please clear up excess stock before getting crusher started, no load.
Get first crusher started first, then get conveyor started.
√Crusher working:
Please take a look to gauge pressure, to supervise machine's work. continuous feeding second crusher.
√Air current separating:
Make sure vibrating table and air separator fan get started.
Getting vibrating screen and air separator fan started first, then feeding wires/cables.
Clear up airflow fan and dust extraction regularly:
√Shut off:
Make sure all switches are in a close position.
Take care: second crusher should continue for 5-8 minutes.
No loading running before shutting off.
Maintaining Manual:
1. To ensure machine using life, please maintain equipment frequently;
2. Please maintain machine according to maintenance frequency requirements. If output reaches 30 tons, please take one time of normal maintaining, if output reaches 300 tons, please take one time of whole machines maintaining.
3. Maintaining period depends on machines working conditions.
