Scrap Cable Granulator Separator Machine

Machine Introduction:

●Scrap cable granulator separator machine is dry type, mainly used for all kinds of waste copper wires, copper wires will be separated into tiny copper rice and PVC.

●This wire granulator machine can recycle electric wires whose diameter is below 25mm, including automobile electrical wire or car electric wire, motorcycle electric wire, computer case wire and communication cable, etc.

●Copper is separated from plastic, and copper separation rate is 99.9%.

●Copper granule can be sold directly or go to further refining. Through our copper recycling machine, copper can be refined into cathode copper above 99.9% purity.

●Plastic granules normally are PVC or rubber material, they can also be sold directly.

Machine Working Process:

Through crushing, gravity separating, vibration screening, and pulse dust collecting, separation rate of copper and plastic will reach about 99.9%, you will get pure copper rice and plastic granulaues like below picture show.

Operating Steps:

1、Start 

Please confirm whole machine parts are in good condition, and connect electricity. 

Please clear up excess stock before getting machine started, no load for 5-10 minutes. 

No. on control panel is matched parts on machine with mark No. 

2、Infeed 

Please clear up iron from mixed cables, get crusher started, infeed according to crusher's capacity. 

3、Fine crushing 

Crushing and separating cables(5-10cm )come from Number 2 conveyor, if any abnormal noise, please stop and open crusher, 

Inspecting or changing screen, if any part run hot, please stop it and inspect. 

4、Vibrate and separate 

1)Scrap stuff after crushing, material will be delivered to separator via feeding fan. 

2)Copper from vibrator is complete copper, copper from feed opening needs second crushing.

Note: If problem in separating, terms of settlement: 

If see plastic in copper granules, please adjust wind power of the vibrator, bottom wind power adjust vibration frequency, wind power of dust absorption. 

1))If there still has plastic in copper, please check filter screen, please clean dust. 

2))If output is too low, please inspect. 

3))If copper granules output quantity is becoming less, please inspect vibrator, please brush off copper granules on the vibrator's screen. 

4)) Before getting vibrator started or turned off, please make sure the vibrator's frequency return to zero, otherwise the next time vibrator starting will have riddler damaged. 

Blade Adjusting & Replacing: 

Fixed Blades 

1. Front Fixed Blades:

Loosen fixed blades screws with socket wrench, and then adjust screws with open-ended wrench for adjusting spacing between fixed blades and rotating blades. If screws for fixed blades are removed, you can remove rotating blades for sharpening or replacing. 

2. Back Fixed Blades: 

Loosen fixed blades screws with socket wrench, and then adjust screws with open-ended wrench for adjusting spacing between fixed blades and rotating blades. If screws for fixed blades are removed, you can remove rotating blades for sharpening or replacing. 

Rotating Blades 

Loosen screws properly for rotating blades with socket wrench, adjust blade spacing and tighten screws after adjusting completed. 

If screws for fixed blades are removed, you can remove rotating blades for sharpening or replacing.
