BS-600 copper cable wire separator machine is our earliest and normal separator, have many years with mature technology, this is also the first generation of the wire separator recycling machine,have the following advantages:

Wire separator Crusher: Crushing raw material scrap wire into small pcs.

●Blades:

Our BS-600 cable granulator recycling machine have 14 blades, including 10 rotate blades and 4 fixed cable, all the blades also can be polished, so can use with long time.

●Small Vibrator table:

Each copper cable wire chopping machine have 2 sets small table vibrator, one vibrator is for copper recycling another vibrator is for plastic recycling;after the copper or plastic comes out from air separator,copper granular or plastic granular will fall down on small table separator,then you will get the pure copper and pure plastic.

●Scrap wire separator crusher sieve:

for crusher sieve, there have mainly 3 type size, 3mm, 4mm,5mm, after crushing, the small mixed copper and pvc granular will comes to air separation bed through conveyor for first stage separation.

Automatic Wire Cable Granulation Machine Working Process:

1.Put scrap wires into feeding hole and shreddered by wire separator crusher;

2.Raw material scrap wire was crushed and were transported by convey into air separation bed;

3.Copper was transported into wire separtor inner sieves and separate copper from plastic granules;

4.Copper granules and plastic granules comes out from the machine through different outlets, and dust is collected by Dust Collector.(Copper wires less than 20mm in diameter are suitable, single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.3mm is best.)

Matters Needing Attention:

Please inspect all the plants before working and after working,inspect whether the belts/nuts to become loosened or disengaged, add lubricating oil to bearing block.

Keep child far away from this machine.
