1) if there is little plastic in copper granules, please adjust frequency of the vibrator and the wind power of dust absorption.
2) If there is still plastic in copper, please check filter screen, and please clean the dust.
3) If output is too low, please inspect.
4) If copper granules output quantity is becoming less, please inspect vibrator, please brush off copper granules on the vibrator's screen.
5) Before getting vibrator started or turned off, please make sure vibrator's frequency returns to zero, otherwise, next time vibrator starting will have riddler damaged.

Options for a right separating machine depends on types of copper wires and cables. Best choice can improve not only working efficiency but also extend service life of machine. Cutting blades are made by wire peeling technique and replaceable. We design different blades for different types of copper wires.
1) Air-fine Wires, Multi-strands:
When dealing with Air-fine Wires and Multi-strands fixed blades and rotating blades must be very sharp so that copper wires can be cut and copper granules will be very clean and pure.
2) Single-strand and Single-core Wires:
When dealing with Single-strand and Single-core Wires, rotating blades shall be a little blunt and fixed blades must be sharp. In this case, spacing between rotating blades and fixed blades is just able to hold wires but does not touch cores. Wires are crushed but there will be tiny copper granules with plastics outside.
(Note: if blades are not adjusted in accordance with requirements, it may cause too many copper-clad granules and separation is not clean, etc.)
Plus: Before you process, you need to sort your copper cable and aluminum cable out, then you cut all the plugs on cable.
