Machine Working Process:

Step1: Turn on machine and scrap wires enter slot;

Step2: Wire passes blade processing area;

Step3: Wires has been processed, use your hand to remove plastic cover and get copper wire.

Application:

1). Daily output is 600~2800kg per day;

2). Has dual blades, easy to cut and strip cables.

Single copper wires or hard wires can be rolled or stripped with blades to finish the process, and other wires(soft wires) can be easily stripped.

3). Appearance is very concise and beautiful. What's more, machine color can be customized according to customer's order.

4). BS-KOF is easy to handle and control. Furthermore, it's convenient to carry.

Operating(instruction) Manual:

1. Push Switch up to turn Motor ON. Check whether machine works well. Make sure there are no people on the output side of machine. Comparing cables/wires diameters with feeding slots on machine, feeding cables/wires one piece. Before feeding cables/wires, please cut off cables/wires' head to avoid gaps caused to blades.

2. On the output side, if cuts on cables/wires are too deep, please check below points:

①、 Please adjust handles on input side, screw down or lose them. (M12 handles)

②、 Check whether cables/wires on right position as you are feeding them.

③、 Make sure blades are sharp if not, polish them with oil stone

3. On output side, if see plastic(PVC)has been stripped, but copper wires can not be disgorged, please check below 4 points:

①Check whether springs are loose. If yes, screw down to make them tighten.

②The diameter of cables/wires are too small. Please adjust space between two axes to 0.3-0.6mm.

③If cables/wires you want to strip are hot, you also can not get copper wires stripped out.

4. If cables/wires were blocked in axes, please check below points:

①check if Chains are loose.

②If springs on the press wheels are too tight, lose them.

③There is too much oil on cables/wires. Please wipe it(make sure machine is turned off before wiping.)

Make sure cables/wires' diameter are similar with feeding slots, large cables/wires in large feeding holes, small cables/wires in small feeding slots, flat cables/wires in flat feeding slots.

Common Problems:

1. Can be grinding the blades?

It can not be ground. The best way you can order more as spare parts.

2. How can I know the blades are broken?

First, once the blades are broken, then it will not process the wires correctly.

Second, we suggest you can check the blades regularly.

3. 1 set machine KOF can ship by sea?

One set used wire cutting and stripping machine KOF can not be shipped by sea. We ship the machine by sea depending on machine weight 250KG at least, so we recommend your buy more shipping by sea.
