Machine Introduction:

BS-KOB automatic wire stripping machine strips electric wires whose diameter is 2~45mm(bigger wider peeling range). This model cuts and strips scrap cables from 2 sides, and has 23 round blades and 5 frame knives, it is powerful and has most safe performance.

When using copper stripping machine, stripping wires will be much easier. Because stripper grip wire on one end and at same time cut of insulation on the other end. One just needs to place wires in between jaws and careful squeeze handle.

1. When machine connects with power, press switch to turn off machine.

2. Adjust blades distance with adjusters to match cables diameters.

3. Put cables into suitable feeding holes for processing.

Machine Safety Requirements:

1. Make sure cables/wires diameter are similar with feeding holes, large cables/wires in large feeding holes, small cables/wires in small feeding holes, flat cables/wires in flat feeding holes;

2. Make sure axis turn to right side, never put hand into safety guards when machine running and keep child far away from machine;

A.DO NOT wear loose clothing or gloves as death can occur;(With gloves on when feeding wire/cable, gloves can snag on scrap wire and bring hand into machine)

B.Only to be operated by qualified personal who have read instructions;

C.DO NOT operate machine outside of machine specifications;

D.DO NOT touch running machine or moving parts while machine running;

E.DO NOT remove machine guards; Only to be removed for maintenance and oiling by qualified personal and quickly put back on machine after maintenance is complete;

F.DO NOT allow children or untrained personal near machines;

G.DO NOT put cable/wire longer than 1 meter into machine;

H.DO NOT use this machine on rainy day, if peeling wet cable/wire, keep knife dry, oil machine often, test knifepoint and machine for oxidation;

I.Turn off machine after use.

Machine Maintenance:

◆Often oil sprockets and chains and use grease between gears, life of chain and gear can be prolonged if done regularly, also can reduce machine noise;

◆Often inspect whether any screws are loose or missing and fix problem at once;

◆If blade damage should occur, look for a qualified professional to fix problem in order to ensure longevity and usual running of machine.
