Machine Introduction:

BSGH newly development industrial wire stripping machine SMS-4 is wholesale automatic copper stripper machine. According to market requests, we designed this new model on basis of our BS-009 and BS-3 combined as one integral type, it has compact design, beautiful outlook and finest surface treatment, also can help you to process bigger range of cable wires.

Machine Instructions:

Step 1: Push switch up to turn motor ON, check whether machine work well. Make sure there are no people on output side of machine. Comparing cables/wire diameters with feeding holes on machine, feeding the cables/wires one piece at one time. Before feeding cables/wires, please cut off head of cables/wires, to avoid gaps caused to blades.

Step 2: On output side, if cuts on cables/wires are too deep, please check below points: please adjust handles on input side, screw down or loose them. (M12 handles). Check whether cables/wires on right position as you feed them. Make sure blades are sharp, if not, polish them with oil stone.

Step 3: On output side, if see plastic(PVC)has been stripped, but copper wires can not be disgorged, please check below 4 points: polish axis of upside with oil stone; Check whether springs are loose, if yes, screw down to make them tighten.

If cables/wires you want to strip are hot, also can not get copper wires stripped out.

Step 4: If cables/wires were blocked in axises, please check below points: check if the V-belts are loose. If springs on press wheels are too tight, loose them. There is too much oil on cables/wires, please wipe it (make sure machine is turned off when you wipe axes)

Step 5: If see the blades tilted: Check whether the center adjuster was loosed. centering adjustment and adjusting the screws on two sides of it
