Copper Wire Stripper Machine

Machine Introduction:

BS-015M copper wire stripper machine is suitable for many kinds of wires, such as electric wires, plastic wires, copper wires, single core wires, multi-core wires, aluminum wires, and so on, processing wire diameter range is 1.5mm ~38mm.

Machine Features:

1). Has eight round holes and two platode holes for processing different diameter cables, and easy to operate and control.

2). Has dual blades and easily to cut and strip cables. For single copper wires or hard wires, they can be rolled or stripped with blades to finish process. Other wires(soft wires) can be easily stripped.

3). Machine's appearance is very concise and beautiful. What's more, machine's color can be customized according to each customer's order.

4). Easy to handle and control. Furthermore, it's convenient to carry and simple to use.

Technical Data:

Method Application:

1. Push switch up to turn motor ON, check whether machine works well. Make sure there are no people on output side of machine.

2. Comparing cables/wire diameters with feeding holes on machine, feeding cables/wires one piece at one time. Before feeding cables/wires, please cut off head of cables/wires to avoid gaps caused to blades.

3. On output side, if cuts on cables/wires are too deep, please check below points:

①、 Please adjust handles on input side, screw down or loose them. (M12 handles)

②、 Check whether cables/wires on right position as you feeding them.

③、 Make sure blades are sharp if not, polish them with oil stone.

4. If see blades tilted :

①Check whether center adjuster was loosed.

②Adjust centering and two side screws.

For your information: 

Make sure cables/wire diameter is similar to feeding holes, large cables/wires in large feeding holes, small cables/wires in small feeding holes, and flat cables/wires in flat feeding holes.
