Machine Introduction:
◆BS-ACP1000 air conditioner radiator recycling line is different from average radiator recycling machines in the market, which was designed for all kinds of radiators from air conditioning, car, and water tank. This machine has a unique design, such as first crusher and second crusher all we have adopted some tech, after raw material crushed by crusher, copper-clad is less than other machine also because of machine itself different heavy design and radiator recycling plant will have same power but higher strength, and it has below advantages:
◆ Same worker, same size plant and same power but our machine will have about 1.5times of other machine production at least.
◆Raw material radiator will first be crushed by dual shaft crusher into small pieces and will crushed again by second crusher; End products copper granular and aluminum granular will be separated by air and table separator.
◆Compared with traditional manual disassembly and separation method, our machine significantly reduce production costs.

Machine Structure:
BS-ACP1000 radiator separator line can be divided into following components according to its process:
1. Feeding platform: Platform is used to place radiator for easy feeding.
2. Crusher: Crusher is used for crushing large waste radiators into small pieces of metal, it has a dual-shaft structure and is driven by a 37KW motor, and it has its own dust removal system.
3. Conveyor belt: Conveyor belt is nylon flat belt structure and is driven by a 1.5KW motor. Below flat nylon belt is a series of rotating sticks supporting flat belt. It is used to transport small pieces of metal from shredder to a second shredder.
4. Pre-crusher: Pre-crusher is used to separate lighter metal (aluminum granules) from little metal mixture.
5. Vibrating table: Vibration screening machine is used to separate different light and heavy metals. A suction fan is installed on vibration screening machine, and suction fan will suck all dust into dust collecting device through air pipe.
6. Magnetic separator: Magnetic separator device is used to pick out small iron-based metal from little metal mixture.
7. Dust collection: Dust collector is composed of a box body, a suction pipe, and a cloth bag, etc. It is used to collect all kinds of light dust.
8. Electronic control system: Electronic control system is used to control linkage, single action of each component in separator, and to diagnose operation of each element.
