How do we separate ACSR wires?

 ACSR wire is aluminum conductor steel reinforced wires, this model ACSR wire recycling machine is designed for separating and recycling aluminum from wires. Pure aluminum and iron can be separated from cable wires after the whole separating process.

ACSR wire separator machine is equipped with a belt magnetic separator and a high strong magnetic separator for removing iron from aluminum. Through the crushing and separating process, clean aluminum granules are separated from wires.

● Equipped with convey belt is good for feeding and transporting wires;

● Equipped with belt magnetic separator and a high strong magnetic separator is used to remove and separate iron;
