Scrap Wires Peeling Stripper Machine Application Method:

1. Turn on the motor to check whether the peeler stripping machine operation is regular. When feeding, check each file cable wires’ diameter and provide raw materials one by one.

2. When feeding, the connector of the rubber-plastic cable should be cut off to prevent the blade from chipping. If doing this, the blade can be durable.

3. If the wire is broken after feeding, pay attention to the following points:

① Should adjust feed gear, that is, tightness of screw pressure on both sides of the blade shaft

② Check whether the position is misplaced when feeding;

③ Whether the blade is newly replaced, and whether knife-edge is too sharp, use oilstone to trim knife-edge slightly;

4. If rubber plastic wires have been peeled off after feeding, but copper wire cannot be spit out, pay attention to the following points:

① If the knurling of the upper shaft is too deep, use oil stone to grind the upper shaft, but not excessively. Excessive grind will easily cause the oily cable to be difficult to drive;

② Whether spring pressure is too loose, adjust pressure tightly;

③ If the wire diameter is too small, or the gap between upper and lower shafts is too large, should adjust the gap between two shafts to 0.4--0. 6mm;

④ If the processed rubber-plastic cable has heated up, and copper wire cannot spit out.

5. If after feeding, pressure gear cannot drive cable and cable wires stays in the middle, the operation is as follows:

① Check whether belts of each gear are slack;

②Check whether spring pressure on both sides of pressure gear is too tight, if there is no top force, should relax stress;

③If the cable is too oily, causing two shafts to slip, and two shafts should be wiped dry frequently. (During dry, if peeling equipment is running, please be careful).
