1. Adjust the width of the positioning plate & the height of the pressure-roller according to the diameter of the wire.

2. Adjust the height of the knife according to the diameter of copper.

3. Put the wire into the Enter-Hole

4. Get copper wire.

The way to replace blade:

2. Loosen or remove the screw;

3. Take out the knife on the shaft;

4. The screw must be removed before debugging the center position of the Enter-Hole.

The way to sharpen knife:

Loosen the positioning plate, then start the machine and remain open, sharpen the knife with the grinding machine or other tools.
