1. Operational Safety & Material Feeding Protocols

• Always match the scrap cable diameter to its corresponding feeding channel. Insert large cables into large feeding holes, small wires into small holes, and standard flat cables into flat feeding holes. Note: BS-AN125 cannot strip ultra-thin or flat LED wires due to their minimal thickness.
• Do not feed scrap cables or wires longer than 1 meter. Excessively long wires will increase the risk of whipping or tangling, beyond operator control.
• Before peeling, confirm the rotation axis is turning correctly toward the designated right side.
• Never operate BS-AN125 outside its engineered technical specifications or try to force oversized materials through the holes.

2. Personal Protection

• DO NOT wear gloves or loose clothing while operating this machine. While feeding scrap wires, gloves can easily snag on sharp metal edges or insulation, instantly dragging the operator's hand into machine and causing fatal injury.
• Never touch moving parts, rotating components, or the active processing mechanism while the power is on. Never insert hands past the safety guards when the machine is running.
• Do not operate the cable stripper with safety guards removed. Guards should only be removed for essential maintenance by qualified personnel and must be securely reinstalled immediately.
• Before using, please fully read and understood these instructions. Keep children and unauthorized visitors completely away from the operational yard zone.
• Do not operate the machine in the rain. Always turn off and isolate the power immediately after use.
