◆ 1: The separation of copper rice and plastic granules is not clean;

◆ 2: The final product copper wire conductor is too long;

◆ 3: The copper particles are not pure;

There are three main materials of copper recycling machine blades on the market: 55SiCr, 9crsi, and Cr12MoV (also known as SKD-11).

◆ 55SiCr is a widely used silicon-manganese spring steel with slightly higher strength, elasticity, and hardenability than 55Si2Mn. 

◆ 9crsi is a commonly used low alloy tool steel with high hardening ability, as well as high tempering stability. ◆ Cr12MoV (also known as SKD-11) cold work die steel, the hardening ability of steel, quenching and tempering hardness, wear resistance, and strength are higher than Cr12.

Generally, we recommend customers choose 9crsi and Cr12MoV. And these two kinds of blades are also used in our copper wire recycling equipment.

● How to adjust the blade of the copper wire separator recycling machine: 

First, we should understand the blade type in the machine, let me show you:

The blades of the copper wire recycling machine include:

◆ 1:Fixed blades: First you need to use an electric wrench(short the time) to loosen the screw or install the screws on the blades;

install the fixed blade on one side, there’s 2pcs or 4pcs rotate blades in the crusher chamber, 2fixed blades should be parallel; the fixed blade is used as the standard to move to rotate blades to the right or to left.

◆ 2:Moving blades: after installing fixed blades ok, then install rotate blades according to the fixed blades, the distance between fixed blades and rotating blades is as smaller as better, which means 0 only not touch; At the same time, check the center bottom side of the movable blades away from the screen. Last, adjust the distances between the moving blades and fixed blades.

Second: What is the best distance between moving blades and fixed blades?

Make the distance between moving blades and fixed blades near zero, the smallest distance will have the best effect. As shown in the following video, the fixed blades and moving blades of our copper granulator separator machine have higher accuracy, the gap is smaller, and the plastic can be easily cut off.

● Precautions for use of changing copper wire recycling machine:

1: First, before replacing the worn blades, you must turn off the main switch of the equipment, then replace blades when the main crusher is stopped;

2: When replacing the blades, a warning sign under repair should be hung on the conspicuous position of the equipment to remind others to stay away from the switch system and ensure the safety of the blades replacement work;

3: After the new blades are installed successfully, the gap between the movable blade and the fixed blade should be adjusted (The way of adjusting the blade is shown above). After adjustment, the compression nut should be tightened first, and then the fixed nut should be tightened;

4: After the installation work is completed, connect the power, first let the machine run without loading, and after start working.
