It crushes the copper wire first, then it separates the copper rice and plastic granule with air separator and vibrating table, finally you will get pure copper rice and plastic granules.

The Structure of the machine

BS-D25 cable granulator machine has the follow main parts:

♠Feeding Hole: putting the scrap cables then crusher the cables;

♠Dust Collector:Collecting all the dust during whole processing;

♠Sieve screen:sparating copper and plastic by vibration;

♠Sieve outlet: Vibrating out the plastic cover from copper granule;

♠Air separator:Owing to the density of the copper and plastic. after the air separator. then will get the pure copper and pure plastic.

♠Vibrator:After the sharking, the copper outlet will have 2 small outlet. one is pure copper another is impure.

You also can put the impure on the feeding side, process again

♠Copper outlet:After the crusher, the copper will come out from here.

Working Process

♠ Step1: Scrap cables shreded by main crusher;

♠ Step2: mixed granule separated by separator, then get copper granule and plastic granula;

♠ Step3: copper granule and plastic granula pass vibrator and suction;

♠ Step4: Finally, get the pure copper granule and pure plastic granula.
