Our cable separator machine is a whole combination of: crusher,air separation device,vibration table,dedust,conveyor,motor etc. Copper can be completely separated by the metal screening. The separated copper is bright and purity up to 99%.

1, Cables are crushed into plastic skin and copper granules.
2, The crushed cables are transported to the air separation bed via the conveyor. In this process, the plastic particles are separated in the cable air flow separator device, and the dust are suck up to dust bag by dust cleaner.
3, The air separator sort plastic granules and copper granules.
