BS-N125 is our newly design automatic wire granulator machine, it can properly separate copper from aluminum. BS-N125 can process square wire, car wire, plug wire, mixed wire and so on. BS-N125 automatic wire granulator machine has granulator , vibrator, sieve, etc. It can recycle copper and aluminum, have high economic benefit, without environmental pollution. And BS-N125 separate copper and plastic by vibration.

Working process:

1, Put scrap cable on the conveyor belt to main crusher, then crushed to copper granula and plastic granula;

2, Copper and plastic granula mixture pass by separation part , and vibration and suction area together;
3, Then copper granula and plastic granula come out by copper outlet and plastic outlet.

About the Capacity introduce:

1: For 4~6 square wire, capacity can reach 500~700KG/H;

2: For 1.5~2.5 square wire, capacity can reach 400~600KG/H;

3: For car wire, plug wire, copper content 45~50%,capacity can reach 300~500KG/H;
4: For mixed wire,copper content 20~30%, capacity can reach 200~400KG/H.
