Machine Introduction:
Waste PCB recycling production line BS-P700has three functions: copper, resin, and fiber powder recycling at the same time, which can improve waste circuit boards recycling rate and metal and nonmetal materials separation rate of leftover mixed material.

Machine Structure:
PCB recycling machine consists of shredding system, milling system, sorting system, and dust collection system. Whole process is controlled by PLC. Through shredding, grinding, vibration screening, (incompletely separated metal and nonmetal will reentry into machine to be ground again) gravity separating, electrostatic separating, and pulse dust collecting, metal, and nonmetal will reach about 99% of separation, eventually, get metal and non-metallic collective.
Machine Description:
First crushing machine we choose double shafts shredder, second crushing machine we use hammer crusher, and third crushing machine we use the high-speed turbine grinding machine. Raw material after shredding, crushing and grinding will be separated by air separator and electrostatic separator.
Its advantages is unique structure, large output, and power saving. Several machines cooperation work after single loading of materials. Controlled by PLC and has good performance in copper recycling and comes with device to prevent secondary pollution. Metal recycling rate can reach 99%.
