Machine Structure and Function:
1. Machine Function: Dismantling electronic components& PCB board.
2. PCB Crusher: Crushing raw material into 2-3 cm.
3. Circuit board mill: Pulverized to about 20 mesh.
4. Analytical Engine: Collects dust fibers, resins, and copper into sieve.
5. Set feeders: Fibers were collected after discharge.
6. Sieve machine: Crushed material not separated from return host smash, smash targets to reach into high-voltage electrostatic separation.
7. High-voltage electrostatic separation: Principle is input power through transformer adjusted to 100,000 volts of high pressure, high-pressure field, have effect of conductive metal adsorption, so that to achieve separation of metallic and non-metallic.
8. Gravity separation: Separate metal and nonmetal, this is currently most advanced kind of technology, metal separation efficiency can reach above 99.99%.
9. Air purifier: Collect dust, and microfiber generated during crushing.
