This ST-400 scrap electric motor recycling machine is used for breaking the motor and and then separate the inside copper wire out for recycling use. Waste motor disassembling machine mainly divided into two devices,One hydraulic copper-cutting machine is used to cut the copper wire in the motor stator at one end, and the other is used to pull the copper wire wrap from the other end of the chopped stator.

Explanation of the scrap electric motor recycling Machine Working Principle
The working flow:
Breaking motor→breaking stator→pullping copper line
•Firstly, the waste motor stator is supported on the supporting column, and the stator is positioned by the copper cutting plate, and a foot switch is used to control the cutter to cut off the copper wire coil of the motor stator.
•Then put the cut motor stator on the lifting platform of the copper drawing machine, control the motor stator to rise to the copper drawing positioning plate through manual switch, limit the position of the motor stator by the copper drawing positioning plate.
•And control the pulling pliers through another foot switch to make the pliers bite the copper wire coil and pull the copper wire coil from the stator interior.
