What is a car baler machine?
Car baling machine is used to press and bale scrap cars & automobiles. A car baling is a kind of copper recycling machine used to compress unusable scrap cars and vehicles into small regular metal bales for storage, transportation, or recycling. Auto balers are generally bulky and often work with cranes. The crane can load the car onto the car baler, and the car baler goes to work, pressing and baling these scrap vehicles into regular bales.
Generally speaking, car balers have a large hopper or container. Scrap cars are first placed in this hopper, and then one or two large crushing boards are dropped onto the car from directly above to crush them sufficiently. The horizontal hydraulic arm compresses the vehicles and cars from the outside to the inside, while the crushing board is fixed to the top of the vehicle. The hydraulic arm is combined with the crushing board to form a rectangular or square metal bag, and the packaged material is automatically delivered from the feeding port.
It should be noted that recycled waste vehicles need to strip some parts, such as glass windows, oil, and hydraulic oil. If the glass windows are left in the car, the glass will explode when the body is crushed, very very dangerous.
How does the car baler recycling machine work?
Once the cars are fed into the machine, they are crushed in a two-stage process.
First, the board will press down on the vehicle. Once the car is fully pressed down, the horizontal hydraulic arm or arm will activate, compressing the vehicle inward, so as to complete the car baling and recycling.
The specific function of a car baler can vary, but in general, the baler will feature a large hopper or container in which the car will be placed in preparation for crushing; one or two large crushing panels that will descend upon the car from above to crush it down sufficiently; and horizontal hydraulic arms that will compress the vehicle inward while the crushing panels are secured in place on top of the vehicle. The hydraulic arms, in conjunction with the large panels, will create a rectangular or square metal bale that can be taken from the car baler and stacked with other similarly shaped bales.
