1.This BS-D20 Small Recycling Granulator used for crushing waste/scrap copper wire, then separate inside copper granules and plastic cover granules.
2.Our granulator separator machine is a whole combination of: crusher,air separation device,vibration table,dedust,conveyor,motor etc.
3.Copper can be completely separated by the metal screening.
The separated copper is bright and purity up to 99%.

Working Procedures of Scrap Copper Wire Recycling Machine：
1). The material is crushed in a crusher.
2).Then plastic particles and copper particles comes out.
3). The crushed materials (mixture of copper and plastic) are conveyed to the separator by the conveyor, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.
4). The air separator is consist of separating board, motor, etc. It is used to separate plastic and copper.
5). All units form a whole structure, easy for transportation. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipment, and customer only need to connect it to the power supply.
