BSGH New compact cable separator BS-D15 is used for separating scrap metal and plastic from all kinds of scrap cable or wire, mainly processing copper wire with diameter under 20mm, such as car wires, net wires, household wires, and so on(for single copper wire conductor diameter below 0.2mm or 0.15mm, then you need to add an electrostatic separator to improve copper recycling rate).

Machine Working Process:

1. Main crusher first crushes scrap cables into plastic granules and copper granules;

2. Crushed cables are transported to air separation machine conveyor. In this process, plastic particles are separated in air flow separator device, and dust is collected into dust bag by dust cleaner;

3. Plastic pieces and copper granules are separated by airflow separation and vibration;

4. Copper granules and plastic pieces come out through different outlets.
