BS-D65 Used Cable Granulators Working Process:
1: Feed scrap cables into feeding hole and they are crushed into copper plastic mixtures by main crusher;
2: After crushing process, copper and plastic mixtures are sorted by air separator and vibrating tables into pure copper and clean plastic granules;
3: Less unseparated copper plastic mixture at plastic side enters electrostatic separator to experience a third separation;
4: Lastly copper granules come out from copper outlet; clean plastic granules come out from plastic outlet.
