BS-2005 cable recycling machine through the first crusher crush bulk materials into 5-10cm, then convey into shredder for second shred, and final material is less than 5mm ( second shredder have 3mm, 4mm 5mm shredder net ). After screening of magnetic separator, some iron and other magnetic substances are separated, copper and plastic are separated by vibrating separator, dust is collected by the collector. 

And whole copper granulator machine under control by PLC.

BS-2005 Cable Wire Separator Machine Composition:

BS-2005 waste wire grinder machine is composed of belt conveyor, crusher, shredder, vibrating separator, cyclone dust collector, fan, dust suction fan, control cabinet and other devices.

1. Belt conveyor

Belt conveyor is composed of a single jump ring vulcanization conveyor belt which is driven and carried by structure, and is bypassed and stretched on front and back rollers.

2. Single shaft shredder

First single shaft shredder shear waste cable into a certain length (5-15cm) driven by motor, and then transmit it to crusher through belt conveyor line.

3. Magnetic separator

Mainly for separating magnetic material and non-magnetic material.

4. Vibrating separator

Used to separate copper and aluminum.

5. Second shredder

Each wall of crushing chamber is equipped with guard board, which protect machine body and rub mixture.

6: Main dusty collection

Pulse dust collector is a kind of dedusting device that use fiber fabric to filter. Dust containing gas and nonmetal are absorbed into dust collector through dedusting fan, and after screen filtration, inertia collision, detention, diffusion and gravity settlement, filtered dust falls into dust collection funnel at lower end under vibration of vibration motor installed on top cover, and filtered gas is discharged from top of dust collector.
