The BS-S15 mini copper wire granulator line is composed of several key components, including an electric control box, pre-shredder, magnetic separator, conveyor belt, main crusher, and 2 sets of small vibrating separation tables. Each part plays a vital role in the recycling process, working together to efficiently crush cables and produce pure copper.
Step 1: Put the scrap copper wires into the feeding port of the pre-shredder and they will be cut into 5-25cm particles;
Step 2: Then the magnetic separator machine separate iron from materials;
Step 3: The particles are conveyed by the conveyor belt and will be chopped into granules again by the main crusher;
Step 4: Then the air separation system and small vibrating table gives copper a complete separation from plastic;
Step 5: Lastly you can get pure blister copper.

1. Startup operation: Turn on the blower - the vibrating screen - the crusher;
2. Shutdown operation: Turn off the crusher - the vibrating screen - the blower.
Note:
(1) When starting the crusher, check whether there is any abnormal noise. If there is, please open the crusher cover to find jammed objects to prevent machine from damaging;
(2) After starting the machine, make sure the copper outlet works smoothly. It is normal that copper granules come out in a linear flow (evenly distributed). Otherwise you should adjust the vibrating table.
3. Feeding Instructions:
(1) Do not overload the machine: feeding materials in small quantity according to the machine's processing capacity;
(2) Adding more material after the previous raw material is fully crushed and avoiding frequent overfeeding to keep machine work normally.
The blades of the main crusher should be replaced with new ones or sharpened after working continuously for one week. Add oil to all working parts of the machine weekly to ensure its smooth operation.

Q: What if the output copper is not clean?
A: It maybe caused by different reasons, just operate as follows:
Reason 1: Bottom Blower Pressure is too low;
Solution: Adjust the airflow pressure – normal pressure is around 45.
Reason 2: Filter Screen is clogged;
Solution: Clean or replace the filter screen.
Reason 3: Vibration bed speed is too high;
Solution: Reduce the vibration speed (normally adjust to maximum ) .
Adjustment Method: Slowly fine-tune the speed based on the copper granule size and record the speed setting once the output is clean.
Q: If there is copper in dust collection bag, how to process?
A: Reduce suction airflow – normal setting is around 40.
Q: If output copper wire is too long or hooked, how to solve it?
A: Because the crusher blades is not sharp, just sharpen or replace its blades. After reinstalling the blades, make sure the gap between the fixed and movable blades is 0.1-0.3mm.
Q: If the vibrating screen stops working, how to solve it?
A: If it has been used for a long time or the working environment is poor, dust will easily clog the vibration screen. You need to replace it or clean the screen with an air blow gun.
