Mini Copper Wire Granulator Machine Working Procedures
1.Materials are crushed in the crusher to have plastic skin and copper granules.
2. The crushed materials (mixture of copper and plastic) are conveyed to the separator by the conveyor, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.
3. The air separator is consist of separating board, motor, etc.It is used to separate plastic and copper.
4. All units form a whole structure, easy for transportation. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipment, and customer only need to connect it to the power supply.
