BS-N125 cable wire granulator machine is mainly for all kinds of scarp cable recycling.It can process cable with diameter below 25mm, such as car wire, household wire, net wire and so on.
The granulator machine crushes the copper wire first, then it separates copper rice and plastic granule with air separator and vibrating tables . Finally ,you can get pure copper granules.
Cable wire granulator machine Working Process
1.putting the waste copper wire into the conveyor belt.
2.Crushing scrap copper wire by high quality blades.
3.Through vibrator and suction fan together separate the copper from plastic.
4.Copper comes out from front side,the plastic comes out in other side.
Attention: closed machine often after stop feeding a few minutes, waiting for raw materials in the crushing almost finish then turn off.
