The staff at work must not wear easy-slipping shoes; must be very careful when using an escalator to avoid slipping.
Maintenance staff shall wear appropriate clothes in work.
▲Clean Environment
Odds and ends, tools and any other items, shall not be placed around the working area and the equipment, to keep a clean and tidy working environment. Non-staff are forbidden to enter the working area.
▲Warning Sign of "Repairing"
In the process of equipment repairing, Warning Signs of "Repairing" must be hung on the equipment and the Electricity Control Cabinet, to avoid mal-operation. Do non-load operation to make sure of proper operation of the machine: The machine shall run for 5 minutes in non-load state to ensure proper situation of the machine. If any unusual things like abnormal noise appears it should be promptly shut down and started again after problems are solved.
▲Preventing Electricity Shock or Mal-operation
In maintenance or non-working time, the Main Switch on the Electricity Control Cabinet must be on the OFF position.
It must be ensured that no maintenance staff working before the machine is started again.
▲Cable Recycling machine Confirmation Work after Installation or Maintenance Completed
After installation or maintenance is completed, it must be ensured that no tools or any other thing is left in the machine; if there is, it must be cleared.
Bolts of Chopper Bearings and Blades, etc. must be checked before the machine is started; if any one is loose, make sure to tighten it immediately.
