For our BS-1200P radiator recycling machine, if you meet with those situations, and the blades can cut the radiator well, kindly check  solution at below: 

         1.  If all the radiator can't stripper well, you need adjust the blades down, then it could be ok

         2.  If only few, you need check if the blades broken, then changed the blades will be ok.
