Hydraulic Alligator Shear Machine Working Principles
1.When turning on the power and starting the motor, the reversing valve will maintains in the original point, and the oil pump works with empty-load.
2.After the shear button is pressed, the high pressure oil goes into shear cylinder and rear chamber of pressure cylinder according to reversing valve which is fixed by system, then accel erate the movements of piston, the shear and pressure motions will be completed by Blade rest and pressure plates which are driven by shear and pressure cylinders.
3.After the backhaul button is pressed, the pressure oil goes into the front chamber of cylinder, then both of the shearer and pressure cylinder will be return to finish the action of shearing and return and loose press.
Operation and Secure Operation Notices
1. Operating Introduction
(1). Single operation Put the button to the place of single operation, that means every movement of the shearing machine should be finished according to press the button, one time press and one shearing motion.
(Pressure—shearing—pressure loosen—back a shearing procedure is a working circulation).
(2).Continuous Operation Put the button to the place of continuous operation, then the shearing machine will complete the processes from press material to shearing return and go on working circularly.
2. Secure Operation Notices
(1).The materials amount for shearing can't go beyond the stated scope of the explication. When shearing the irregular metal scraps, to be sure there are not metal pressing or propping up the machine before operation to avoid damage the machine, clean out the materials on the shearing flat or struck in the machine in time. Don't cut hardened steel (or crisp materials) and the containers that have been canned, flammable and explosive materials strictly.
(2).In order to have fast, high-efficient and favoring shearing, please polishing and repairs the blades or change shearing knives timely after a long time, and adjust the slitting in good place between shearing knives.
(3).Please don't put your feet, hands or any other pa rts to the pressure plates or to the upper and lower shearing knives, and don't clean materials and clean machine while it is working. If some goods dropping into the machines and influence its working, turn off the machine immediately, the machine can't work with some problems or over-loaded.
(4).In order to have a clear working division, if there are two or three person works together on one machine, it must be have good cooperation,take strict precautions against any accidents because of chaotic work.
(5).Please don't screw any parts, pump, valve and meter, etc. Only the experienced mechanics with full understanding of this introduction can adjust and repair the machine.
