1. Before you start
• Make sure the oil in the gearbox has reached the level indicated by the sight glass.
• Please confirm that there is no debris or objects in the shredding chamber.
2. Getting started takes just two steps:
• Release the emergency stop button by turning it clockwise.
• Press F1 on the control panel – MS-D300 mini metal shredding machine begins running.
Note: To stop the equipment at any time, you can simply press the emergency stop button.
3. Feeding for best results
• A conveyor belt is the best option for steady, continuous feeding.
• Keep the feeding volume small – about 0.02–0.03 m³ per load. Avoid filling the feed hopper all at once.
• If feeding by hand, add small batches and give the machine time to process each load before adding more.
4. If Jam Occurs
• Stop feeding immediately and use the reverse function to clear the blockage.
• Once MS-D300 dual-shaft mini metal shredder has restarted normally, switch back to forward mode and continue crushing.
